FAQ

• How old does my child need to be by the first day of camp?
  7-12

• Do we pack a lunch?
  Yes and a water bottle

• Who can come watch the final performance?
  All family members are welcome. Tickets are not sold

• What time is the final performance?
  1:00pm on the last Friday, 7/25/2025

• Is there an audition for the camp show?
  Yes, you will submit an audition video when you register for the camp. Please do not let this intimidate you. We are a musical theatre camp for every child and we need to know what role each camper should be before the first day of camp when we hit the ground running! We will share details on “how to audition” once your registration is completed. The audition is one minute or less of your camper singing any song that makes them happy. We will ask that you record this on your phone and upload it to a private Dropbox link that will be emailed to you separately in your welcome letter. We look at every campers audition video and find a role that we feel best suits them where they are now and where we think they have potential to learn & grow.

• Does every camper get a role?
  Yes, everyone signed up for camp will have a role in our camp version of Shrek

• What if my camper does not want to perform?
  There is a space for every camper to feel welcome and included and we are always open to chatting with families of kids who express other interests

• Where do we get costumes from?
  Every camper gets to create a costume from home or on line or friends closets, that represents the character they are playing. No need to spend a dime.
